A deposit equal to half the cost of your stay plus half the cleaning fees is required to complete your reservation. A full refund of your advance deposit will be issued if your stay is cancelled 2 or more weeks in advance. Within 48 hours of booking your reservation you will receive an email with our rental agreement that must be completed and returned before your stay.

$300/night rate is for normal occupancy, which is up to 12 guests. Up to 3 additional guests can be added at a rate of $20/per additional guest per night. The added guest fees will be applied with your final charges.
